Tribe Tailgate

Come out before the games to eat, drink and get ready to cheer on the Tribe! The Alumni Association will offer a pay-as-you go menu for the pregame events (excluding Homecoming). Check back often for updates and additional details on each of the tailgates. Contact Carol Dyke at 757.221.1184 if you have any questions.

9/11 Virginia Military Institute
Retro’s Good Eats will be at it again! Come by and enjoy hot dogs with their great chili and toppings or grab a barbeque sandwich with coleslaw. Chips and their famous limeade will also be available.
5-7 p.m.
10/2 Villanova University (Family Weekend)
Barbeque, Italian pork, chicken Caesar salad – there will be something for everyone as the Catering Company serves up just a few of their delicious tailgate foods. Be sure to join us for the tailgate before the Tribe takes on Villanova.
1:30-3:30 p.m.
10/9 University of Rhode Island
The Carrot Tree will be here to help you satisfy those cravings for ham biscuits, Brunswick stew, hummus with veggies and pita or maybe you would like a Yankee pot roast hoagie or some vegetarian chili with cornbread. And don’t forget your dessert – chocolate cupcakes, carrot cake or Dutch apple bread pudding. Don’t miss out on all the fun and food.
5-7 p.m.
10/23 University of Delaware (Homecoming)
11/20 University of Richmond
Sal’s by Victor will be at the Alumni House serving their mouth-watering pizza and salads. Come out and show your Tribe pride before this timeless rivalry against the University of Richmond.
